Indie Outdoors is a small and privately run company, which has been in operation since the early ‘90s, offering a range of outdoor activities for large and small groups.
The company is based in Totnes, Devon, which is an ideal location for outdoor activities due to its mild climate throughout the year.

The company is owned and run by Indie Lyndale (BSc, MEd, IML) who is an International Mountain Leader and a qualified geography teacher, she has also been an active committee member of the British Association of International Mountain Leaders for the last five years and was the President from 2002-2005.

Indie leads most groups herself along with a team of trusted, qualified and experienced freelance instructors.
Indie Outdoors specialises in working with small groups offering highly individual and tailor made holidays, educational outdoor programmes and corporate experiences.
The company is a mobile operation and can arrange accommodation and activities across the South West and further a field.
                                                               
Devon is the perfect place for an adventure break so club together with some friends and we will tailor make a programme for you which could include any of the activities we offer.

Indie Outdoors also run walking holidays and school/college trips in the Alps and Pyrenees in the winter and summer, come and stay at our wonderful relaxed centre in the Pyrenees and walk the quiet, undiscovered trails that can still be found. 
                                                               
In the winter get away from the crowds, come and try snow shoeing following trails through silent forests with trees draped in snow, follow mountain trails that are only accessible by snow shoe.
Our centre in the Pyrenees is Mas forge, which is a converted iron forge set in its own pretty grounds.
It nestles in the hillside with wonderful views of Mt Canigou (2,800m).
