First aid courses that are practical, memorable and fun!

First Aid training is one of the most important life skills and qualifications you can possess.

We offer more than just a first aid certificate-

our highly interactive and tailor made training courses will leave you with a vivid memory of what you have learnt and feeling empowered to act in an emergency situtation. They are informative and fun.

Indie Outdoors is run by Indie Lyndale who is an International Mountain Leader and qualified teacher as well as being a first aid trainer. Her experience as an outdoor instructor has meant that she has had to deal with real medical emergencies in remote places and she brings this experience to the class room.

We have tailored courses for teachers, osteopaths, solicitors, acupuncturists, outdoor instructors, homeopaths and world travellers.

Instruction is provided via slide show presentation and discussion interspersed with practical demonstrations and roleplaying. It is these roleplaying scenarios that reinforce the learning and empowers people to act rather than hesitate in an emergency.

All courses are HSE approved and all participants will receive certificates at the end of each course.
